The 2024 NBA All-Star Game will be here before you know it.
On Thursday, January 25, the starters for this year’s All-Star Game will be revealed. The focus will then be on the 14 players who will be named All-Star reserves and, of course, the players who will have been snubbed.
There’s a long list of deserving stars this season, so both lists will include notable names.

When are reservations announced for the NBA All-Star Game?

Reservations for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game will be revealed on Thursday, February 1.
The announcement will be made during TNT’s NBA Tip-Off, which begins at 7:00 pm ET. TNT will broadcast two games that night: Lakers vs. Celtics at 7:30 p.m., followed by 76ers vs. Jazz at 10:00 p.m.

Who selects the reserves for the NBA All-Star Game?
Unlike starters, who are voted on by fans, a media panel and all current players, NBA All-Star reserves are selected by the league’s head coaches.
If necessary, commissioner Adam Silver will choose injury replacements.
In 2023, Silver had to select three injury replacements: Pascal Siakam for Kevin Durant, Anthony Edwards for Zion Williamson and De’Aaron Fox for Stephen Curry.
