The Kingdom of Chiefs extends far and wide. They have a reputation for being one of the nicest fan bases in the NFL (if there is such a thing), even going so far as to raise money for an opponent’s charity.
The fandom has only gotten bigger this year with the help of Taylor Swift. However, she’s not the only famous Kansas City fan, and it will take years for her fandom to catch up to others. Of course, enduring negative temperatures at Arrowhead for a playoff game probably means he’s in it for the long haul.
The Chiefs have been one of, if not the best, teams in the NFL over the past five years, but none of their most dedicated fans are jumping on the bandwagon.

Despite being a Philadelphia native and Eagles fan, Swift joined Chiefs Kingdom ahead of the 2023 season when she began dating tight end Travis Kelce. While Jason Kelce was heartbroken, especially since her father also changed his green to red, she embraced the world of the NFL and inspired young fans to do the same.

Eric Stone Street
Like his character on “Modern Family,” Eric Stonestreet is a big football fan. His character, Cameron Tucker, even grew up in Missouri, although Stonestreet himself is a Kansas City native.

Paul Rudd
Ant-Man may not be in Kansas anymore, but his heart never left. Paul Rudd is a lifelong fan of the Chiefs, Royals and the University of Kansas Jayhawks, his alma mater. He grew up in Overland Park, a western suburb of Kansas City.
He passed the fandom on to his son, Jack, who was at Rudd’s side for both of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victories in 2020 and 2023. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that Rudd was the most excited person in the stadium.

Jason Sudeikis
Ted Lasso agrees with his honorary high school classmate, Rudd. Jason Sudeikis also grew up in Overland Park and also attended Shawnee Mission West, although not at the same time. Love is mutual for Sudeikis — Kelce accepted to be a big fan of “Ted Lasso.”
The 2020 Super Bowl victory was very special for Sudeikis. His “SNL” castmate Andy Samberg is a 49ers fan and scored the biggest win that night with Sudeikis’ bragging rights.
Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt picked his Chiefs day after day before their Super Bowl victory in 2020, 50 years after his first.
The actor grew up in Springfield, Missouri, a town southeast of Kansas City. He even went to the University of Missouri (he probably won’t get along with Rudd, in that case). Pitt made his excitement known during the 2020 SAG Awards, held on the same day the Chiefs beat the Titans to advance to the Super Bowl.
