- Go to the RingCentral app on your desktop or sign in to your account on your web version. For faster and easier access, you can also use the “Single Sign-On” option.

The blue button will allow you to listen to your recording and see if you are happy with your new voicemail. If you are not satisfied, you can record it again by pressing the red circle again and repeating the recording process.
- Load the finished recording by tapping the up arrow.

If you already have a custom audio recording on your device and want to use it as your new RingCentral voicemail, add it by following these steps:
- Click on the last option under the “Custom” option i.e. “Import”.

- You will only be able to upload a file in .MP3 or .WAV format, so prepare one in advance that complies with this rule.
