Combine iPhone photos without app
The iPhone does not have a pre-installed feature that allows you to merge your images. You can combine images with its built-in automation tool, Shortcuts. Shortcuts is an official iOS app that allows you to complete tasks and then automate them, and combining photos is one of them.
If the Shortcuts app is not installed on your iPhone, you can download and install it from App Store.
Combine photos with iPhone shortcuts
First, make sure your iPhone has the latest version of iOS installed and all your apps are updated to the latest version to avoid problems caused by outdated software. Then, follow these steps.
- Open “Settings.”
- Choose “General”.

- Then scroll down to “Upcoming automatic updates.”
- Hit the “Update all” Button to install pending updates.

- To set image stroke “Images” next to Combine and click to “Horizontally” to set the mode.
- Go back to Photos and choose the images you want to merge. A blue check mark will appear on the selected photos. Press “Add,” then choose the order in which you want your photos to be displayed: “Chronological” either “Chronologically reverse.”
- Customize photo spacing by typing a number and then pressing “Made.” If you prefer not to have space between the photos, leave the number in “0.”
- A preview of the merged images will be displayed. Hit “Made,” then complete the merging process by choosing one of the save options, or select “Edit” for later editing.
In the future, if you want to merge photos, just launch the “Shortcuts” app and press the “Merge Images” shortcut to choose your photos, then complete steps 4 to 11 above.
Combine photos using a website
Follow these steps to combine your photos in TinyWow using your iPhone.
- Open a new browser and go to littlewow website.
- Scroll down and tap the “JPG to PDF” tool option.
- Press “Upload from PC or Mobile” to combine the photos you want.
- Please wait while TinyWow loads your chosen images. To add more photos, tap “Add files.”
- Choose “Create PDF.”
- Check the “I am not a robot” box.
- TinyWow will now create your file. Press “Download” to save the PDF file to your iPhone.
