It doesn’t matter which one you choose, any title in the Scooby Doo The media franchise is perfect for the marijuana-fueled 4/20 stream. I mean, “doobie” is literally in the theme songso clearly it’s meant to be.
With the premiere of the animated series Scooby Doo Where Are You! In 1969, the wonderful universe of Scooby Doo was born and is still valid in various cinematographic forms and in series more than 50 years later. Thanks to this half-century history, the franchise is rounded out with rich world-building and clear characterization. Virtually every new Scooby Doo The show or movie pays homage to the previous ones in some way, creating a cohesive franchise that may be modest but clearly made with a lot of love and respect for the story’s origins.
Despite all its many iterations, Scooby Doo is an exceptional broadcast for an elevated brain, largely due to the bright colors, endless joyful mysteries, lovable familiar characters, and charming country character. Scooby Doo It’s also creepy without being scary, so it should never make you feel stressed or scared, even if marijuana tends to exacerbate your anxiety.
You can basically jump to any Scooby Doo episode of a movie or show and still have an idea of what’s going on. While mysteries and supernatural threats come and go, the gang is always there to stay. You’ve got the smart and bespectacled Velma Dinkley, the beautiful and slightly danger-prone Daphne Blake, the trap-loving himbo group leader Fred Jones, the likely stoner (I mean, he’s super calm, seems perpetually dazed and always hungry ). !) and Shaggy Rogers, who scares easily, and Scooby-Doo, Shaggy’s talking Great Dane best friend.
There is an incredible amount of Scooby Doo media exist (and some are better than others), but several stand out as easy-to-access games made for the spaced streamer. First there is, of course, the original. Scooby Doo Where Are You, which aired for two seasons from 1969 to 1970. It is full of over-the-top slapstick, dramatic instrumental music, and somewhat cheesy jokes and dialogue. There’s also a laugh track, which could be jarring for regular viewers or enhance the overall experience. This all culminates to make the show feel somewhat surreal even without drugs, so when you watch it while participating in 4/20, you know it’s going to be an entertaining, if not a little strange, experience.
Then there is What’s new, Scooby Doo?which originally ran for three seasons from 2002 to 2006. And unlike the previous program, What’s new Scooby-Doo? It doesn’t have a laugh track, which, along with its purposeful writing, helps the show feel a little more fresh and self-aware, making it a great place to start for any 4/20 viewer.
More recently in animation Scooby Doo the front is coming Scooby Doo! Built-in mystery, which aired on Cartoon Network from 2010 to 2013. Although the fact that it’s a serialized reboot makes it a little harder to tune into any episode and make it all make sense without context, there’s still no shortage of things for a 4/20 streamer . enjoy. Compared to the previous series, this show feels especially fun, tongue-in-cheek, and modernized. In fact, it’s even a little darker than the other one. Scooby Doo titles in a way that makes them feel as suitable for adult viewers as they are for teenagers. As a result, this title will not speak ill of you and will definitely make you laugh.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the cult classics that the live-action films, from 2002, Scooby Doo and its 2004 sequel Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed have grown to become. Although both films are so over-the-top and dated that you can practically smell the early days in them, their unabashed campiness, trippy moments, excellent cast, total commitment to silliness, and nostalgic feel will combine to make these the kind of movies that look even better when you’re not streaming sober.
