The view It got hot and heavy this morning during a chat about the show we just can’t get enough of: Bridgerton. The co-hosts began Friday with a discussion about the Netflix The drama’s steamy sex scenes, featuring fan favorite and season 3 star Nicola Coughlan.
The talk began with a debate about BridgertonThe much-discussed six-minute sex scene between Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Coughlan). TO
While Joy Behar joked that she could “never” do a six-minute sex scene, Ana Navarro bravely asked, “Who, exactly, is pided on this?” Who’s against a six-minute sex scene?
When he asked the audience to applaud if they weren’t interested in the long game on screen, the studio was silent, proving Navarro’s point. Sunny Hostin, a romance expert, made it clear that she has no objections to the scene, described it as “beautiful” and began to reveal her favorite parts of it before Navarro stopped her.
“Please don’t mess it up! I haven’t seen it yet,” he told his co-host.
And it seems that Navarro is postponing the game for a rather personal reason. She began: “I met actress Nicola Coughlan on a plane. She was going to Brazil to promote the program, I was going to Miami. And now I’m having a hard time seeing her naked.”
Navarro explained: “She is so sweet, friendly, little and funny!”
Sara Haines then chimed in to cheekily tell her, “Even the sweet and nice can get naked” with a knowing look on her face, while Behar joked, “Says the sweet and nice.”

As for Coughlan, she has fully owned her nude scenes. Earlier this month, the actress had a winning response to a Bridgerton fan who said she was “very valiant†for getting naked in the show.
“You know, I think it’s hard because I think women with my body type (women with perfect breasts) can’t see ourselves enough on screen,” Coughlan said, before adding: “I’m a very proud member of the community. perfect breasts. I hope you enjoy seeing them!
The view airs weekdays at 11/10c on ABC. Bridgerton Seasons 1-3 are now streaming on Netflix.
