Michael Chandler is breaking his silence on Conor McGregor’s withdrawal from their scheduled fight at UFC 303.
UFC President Dana White officially announced that McGregor withdrew from the fight due to injury. The fight was scheduled to take place at International Fight Week in Las Vegas on June 29.
Chandler took to social media to share a short video of his first statement, which couldn’t have been simpler.
“Good,” Chandler wrote as he poured a glass of his Hiatus brand tequila.

The pay-per-view fight was to be McGregor’s first appearance in the Octagon since July 10, 2021. The fight ended with McGregor suffering a horrific leg fracture after a kick from Dustin Poirier.
Meanwhile, Chandler has not fought since November 2022, when he suffered a submission loss to Poirier.
UFC 303, which will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, is now headlined by a light heavyweight championship fight between current champion Alex Pereira and Jiri Prochazka.
