The Olympics are coming up at the end of the month, which means it’s time for Team USA to start getting into shape.
The men’s basketball team begins its five-game exhibition schedule on Wednesday, July 10. The Americans will play their five games on three different continents, with exhibitions scheduled in Las Vegas, Abu Dhabi and London.
LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant headline Team USA’s star-studded roster. Jrue Holiday and Jayson Tatum represent the reigning NBA champion Celtics, while Timberwolves rising star Anthony Edwards is set for his Olympic debut.
The women’s basketball team is scheduled to play an exhibition game against Germany in London on July 23. The roster is loaded with talent, including Kelsey Plum, Sabrina Ionescu and Breanna Stewart.
Plum and A’ja Wilson are among the four representatives of the Las Vegas Aces, the reigning WNBA champions.
