Bronny James has been mostly inefficient on offense during his share of Summer League games, and that continued in Monday’s Lakers-Celtics game.
After playing in two California Classic matchups and a game in Las Vegas, James finished Monday’s game against Boston with just two points on 1-of-5 shooting. James is a developing prospect, so it’s unlikely he’ll break out and score a huge amount of points, but the Lakers would certainly like to see a little more offense from their second-round pick.
In his Las Vegas Summer League debut, the 19-year-old was streaky, but he was also stagnant in the corner for nearly two quarters. That was the case again Monday, with three of James’ five shots coming from behind the arc.
