Drea de Matteo keeps her OnlyFans work in the family.
The actress recently sat down with her The Sopranos Co-stars Robert Iler and Jamie-Lynn Sigler talk about their Not today, friend podcast, where she delved into her OnlyFans account.
While telling Sigler and Iler about its content and what the latter described as “girl-on-girl collaborations,” she apologized to her children, Waylon, who they call “Blackjack,” and Alabama, who could likely hear her from the other side of where they were recording the episode, according to People.
“My kids are out there. I’m sorry, guys. I’m so sorry. But they know,” he acknowledged.
Iler told De Matteo that his “son was outside saying that he edits [her] OnlyFans photos,” to which De Matteo replied: “Oh yeah. He was like, ‘What do you want me to do with the bikini line here?’”
In turn, Iler joked: “Yeah, then you don’t have to apologize to them, I don’t think so.”
However, de Matteo clarified that his children “did not see the girl’s shots.”
“But I talk to them before I post them,” she added. “I asked them, ‘Are you okay with this? ’ Because it’s like I’m doing it in a movie, because in movies I would kiss girls all day long before I kissed guys.”
De Matteo has spoken openly about his experience joining the platform, telling Fox Digital News Last September, her daughter also helped her with photo editing.
“My kids were the ones who told me, ‘Do it,’” she said, in part, at the time.[My daughter will] “They also edit the images, because they want certain things that we haven’t been able to do.”
She opened up to The Daily Mail in February, explaining that OnlyFans “saved” her and her family financially, though she admitted she “got a lot of backlash for doing it and it went viral and people went crazy.”
She appeared in the TMZ documentary. TMZ presents: Celebrities and Nakedand admitted that she made the decision “out of desperation,” but also testified to the “freedom” she has experienced since launching her account.
“There are a lot of shady things that happen in Hollywood,” she shared. “It’s about freedom. And right now I don’t have to answer to anyone.”
