Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 4 brings a Marvel theme back to the island with three new points of interest, the return of iconic superheroes, and new weapons that shine in a war between villains and heroes.
Dr. Doom has taken over the island and has teamed up with iconic villains to defeat the heroes. These villains have taken over several points of interest on the Fortnite map and hold very powerful abilities and mythic weapons in the game.
To obtain them, you must defeat these three bosses and collect their medallions. three new bosses are Mysterio, Doombot and Emma Frost.

How to defeat the Mysterio boss in Fortnite
Mysterio is a hostile boss in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, meaning he will start shooting at the player when he is attacked or a player blocks his path for too long.
The Master of Illusions disappears in a cloud of green smoke and occasionally teleports to the vicinity of the Statue of Doom at the Doomstadt landmark. Mysterio uses this ability both in combat and when he is just moving around idly.

However, if you want to eliminate him and retrieve his medallion, land at City of Destiny on top of any house where you spot a chest. Pick up a weapon and search other buildings for Dr. Doom chests or Avengers chests to get a better weapon.
There you will find the boss who moves around and won’t shoot unless you shoot back at him. You will also see Mysterio disappear and teleport from place to place.
Once you have some decent gear, start shooting and dodging shots, while taking out any henchmen or players nearby.

Once his shield is broken, he will leap into the air and disappear before reappearing with two clones. The clones have 50 health and 50 shields and will die immediately once the real Mysterio is eliminated.
When you finally manage to take down Mysterio, he will drop a Medallion (which makes you invisible after crouching, where the effect lasts for 15 seconds and can be deactivated earlier by standing up or using any item), Mythic Sovereign Shotgun, Gold Bars, and Flowberry Fizz.
How to beat the Emma Frost boss in Fortnite
Emma Frost is a hostile boss in Chapter 5 Season 4 who begins attacking the player when she or a henchman is attacked. She can be found sitting on her throne inside The POI of the Raft overlooking the prison.
If you want to defeat the boss, land in one of the POI’s watchtowers. There you will find Dr. Doom chests and Avengers chests that will allow you to obtain epic and mythic loot. Grab weapons and eliminate all the enemies nearby.

Once you’ve done that, drop down from the roof into the main Raft building where Emma is sitting. As soon as you’re there, you’ll find her sitting on her throne.
Open fire on her, but as soon as you do, she will invoke her Diamond Skin ability, meaning she is immune to bullets for a while. To break her Diamond Skin, throw a Captain America shield or explosives at her.

Once you do this, she will be easy to attack, but watch out for enemies looking to do the same thing. Take out any nearby henchmen and take out Emma with your weapons.
As soon as she is eliminated, he will drop her. Medallion (marks opponents in a large radius every 50 seconds and the mark persists for 15 seconds), Flowberry Fizz, Gold Ingots, and Mythic Striker Burst Assault Rifle.
How to defeat the Doombot boss in Fortnite
While many believe that Dr. Doom is a true ruler of the island, they are mistaken. Doctor Doom has summoned a robotic clone called Doombotwith his likeness, and spread it out to Castle Doom Point of Interest where players can go if they wish to eliminate the boss.
If you want to defeat him, land in the burning furnace tower next to the castle and grab some loot from a Dr. Doom chest inside. Once you do, grab the steam and glide with the black smoke. Then, land on top of the tallest tower in the castle and head inside.

Once inside, head down to an area where you’ll come across another Dr. Doom chest. Collect more loot and head down the stairs. Be careful though, as you may encounter other players or henchmen on your way.
Quickly take out these enemies and proceed to the main atrium of the castle where you will find Doombot sitting on a throne made from the corpse of The Thing. Open fire on the hostile boss and you will notice him throwing an Arcane Bomb in your direction using his gauntlets.

He will also lunge at you to deal knockback damage and fire his gauntlets and Mythic Monarch pistol. At the same time, you will be surrounded by his henchmen who will do everything to eliminate you.
Dodge all incoming fire and take out Doombot by closing in with Dual Micro SMGs. Once you do this, he will drop his Medallion (which grants a Siphon on each kill), Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets, Gold Bars, Flowberry Fizz, and Mythic Monarch Pistol.
