The Starlight Barrel is actually a replacement item for the tablet in Doors Floor 2. You can obtain the item in the room A-1000 on The Rooms level. If you are a beginner and need to learn what The Rooms is, this is actually a secret level that you can access via Door 60 in the Hotel levelAfter entering the rooms, please make your way through and reach the last room A-1000 to find this item inside.

So what is the Starlight Barrel used for in the game? Well, it’s a consumable item that provides 100 Health to the player immediately while providing a huge speed increase to the player. It is very similar to the Overdrive Modifier at max level. Only one Starlight Barrel can be consumed in total 4 times. Additionally, each time the item is consumed, the effect will remain in the body for a total of 120 seconds before it disappears completely. From my experiment and community message you can reach up to Doors 32 using only one Starlight Barrel in the game. I highly recommend this item to Speedrunners and other players if they are aiming for the leaderboards.
