Honkai Star Rail 2.5 will release three new characters, Feixiao, Moze, and Linghsa, all three of whom are part of the Xianzhou Alliance. Feixiao is a 5-star Wind Chaser character with a Hypercarry kit. Feixiao is expected to be the strongest single-target DPS at release, reaching the same level as Acheron. Artifex Materials Group: Agriculture Guide

The Artifex material group can be farmed by defeating enemies and clearing Calyx (Golden) in Xianzhou Luofu. Other than that, the easiest way to farm these materials over time is to attribute them. You can also synthesize them from other similar materials.

These Feixiao materials can be acquired by completing Bud of the Hunt: Soulglad Scorch Sand Audition Location. This Crimson Calyx is located at the Soulglad Scorch Sand Audition Location in Penacony. The enemies in this Bud of Hunt are the various enemy types of the Dreamjolt Troupe.
Stagnant Shadow Material: A Glass of the Age of Bliss
The Stagnant Shadow “A Glass of the Besotted Era” gear will be available after the release of HSR 2.5, as revealed during the 2.5 livestream. This gear will be available in Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Gloom once 2.5 is released.
Echo of War: The Regret of Infinity Ochema

The Infinite Ochema’s Regret material can be obtained by completing Echo of War: Divine Seed. This Echo of War features the boss Phantylia the Immortal. Echo of War bosses can only be obtained three times per week, so make sure to pre-obtain these materials for Feixiao. This Echo of War can be found in Scalegorge Waterscape in Xianzhou Luofu.
