The right keybinds can be the difference between struggling in battles and fighting your way to victory in Deadlock. I’ll be going over the best Deadlock keybind settings to help you take down the competition in your next match.
Best Lock Settings for Mouse and Keyboard
These keybindings cover all the basic moves and actions you’ll need in any game of Deadlock. I recommend trying them out as is, and then tweaking them until they’re perfect for you. After all, the best way to play a game well is to master the controls perfectly.
Movement
These hotkeys are typical of most FPS games, so I left them in their original state.

Items
I placed the item hotkeys where the abilities originally were. They’re still easy to reach and differentiate here, but don’t take up important keys that are better for character abilities.

Ability
I changed the skill keys to make them easier to use in the heat of battle. Also, auto-casting is changed here to require you to double-tap a skill button instead of selecting it and pressing another button. I find this makes casting a bit faster than assigning a separate key.
