Just like in other sports games, the camera has a big impact in NBA 2K25. Having the right setup can make a major difference in seeing the entire court, finding open players, and timing shots. But, how to change in 2K25 can be a bit tricky, especially in online play in The City.
Here’s a look at how to change the camera angle in 2K25, along with recommended settings.
How to change camera in single player mode
It’s much easier to change camera settings in single player mode. Press Pause to access the menu, then scroll down to “Camera”. Then go to the Camera menu to browse the different options available.
Players can not only control the camera itself, but also zoom, height, and auto-flip to the offensive possession zone, among other options.
Keep in mind, however, that changing settings in single player modes will not be applied to The City.

To change the camera settings for the park game in The City, press up on the D-Pad to cycle through the same options.
Best camera settings
Ideally, here are the settings to use for 2K:
- 2K Low
- Zoom: 5
- Height: 7
- Automatic flipping: On
Ideally, choose a camera angle that will give you a good view of the field and all the players on it, but also an angle where you can see the shot without being too far from the action. 2K Low is a good compromise.
A slightly higher height contributes to wide visuals, as does a lower zoom.
Those looking for a less competitive, yet authentic experience should opt for the Broadcast angle. However, there are also Nosebleed angles that make the view feel like it’s from a real seat on the upper deck.
