The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is just days away from its finale, but chapter 270 has already brought back more dead characters.
Jujutsu Kaisen concludes its epic story on September 30, 2024. The fight against Sukuna is over and we finally see the aftermath of the battle as the sorcerers bring the Jujutsu world back to life.
It was already surprising that Gege brought back Nobara and Higuruma after their supposed deaths. However, according to chapter 270, Takaba is alive and well. There is also another person behind him who looks exactly like Kenjaku. JJK has hidden the face for now, but we may see more of the duo in the manga finale.
Takaba and Kenjaku had a most unusual fight during the Shinjuku Showdown. It ended with Takaba being defeated and Kenjaku spending most of his power. Yuta then cut off the villain’s head in a second, and that should have been the end of the story. However, the upcoming chapter suggests otherwise, leaving fans confused.
A fan wrote: “The funniest situation imaginable: if Takaba brought Kenny back but he doesn’t have any cursed energy, he’ll just hunt the remaining 2-4 fingers and eat them, which could either give him sanctuary, or Sukuna’s soul could move into those fingers, so he’d be trapped again.”
“The craziest thing is that Takaba could have brought Kenjaku back in some form using the comedian. We know that Takaba can summon people for his skits,” shared another.
Another fan The most plausible explanation is that Takaba thought, “I don’t want this moment to end” and literally brought back the Kenjaku lookalike because he wanted to, it’s neither Kenny nor Geto, just another puppet with jokes to tell.
