LeBron James is already considered one of the best, if not the best, basketball player of all time. With a few years left in him, it will be difficult for any player to surpass the former No. 1 overall pick.
While it may be difficult for a player to break the records set by James, the 39-year-old has instilled confidence in his kids by showing them they can do anything. they put their minds into it.
“You know, he (James) always tells me, ‘Go out there and have fun. Stay aggressive. You know your shots are going to come to you, even if they don’t fall. Keep shooting, you’re going to get there,’” Bryce James said in a recent interview with “NBA’s Future Now.”
“Just knowing where he comes from, seeing that he comes from a small town, just growing up, developing from where he comes from, it’s awesome.”
Later, the younger James would be asked the million dollar question: “Who do you think would win in a one-on-one between you and your dad?”
To which the talented prospect confidently replied: “Me.”
James is quickly rising up the recruiting rankings for the 2025 class. The current four-star prospect has already received offers from top programs such as Ohio State, Notre Dame and Duquesne.
The 6-foot-4 guard will have big shoes to fill once he enters the league, but the confidence he’s shown early on makes it clear he’s up for the challenge.
