Real Madrid have set their sights on another potential gem, with young defender Yarek Gasiorowski from Valencia reportedly catching their eye.
The 19-year-old, who has already impressed in La Liga, could soon pull on the famous white shirt of Los Blancos, as the Spanish giants look to secure his signature in the near future.

Yarek Gasiorowski may not be a household name yet, but the youngster has already made waves at Valencia with a string of exceptional performances.
After breaking into the first team in 2023, Gasiorowski has featured twice this season, playing the full 90 minutes against Barcelona and Celta Vigo. Real Madrid, always on the lookout for young talent, have taken notice.
According to reports from AS, Madrid view Gasiorowski as a “strategic signing” – someone who could replace Antonio Rudiger, who turns 32 next year.
With a release clause of £38 million ($50 million), the defender is seen as a solid long-term investment, potentially adding steel to Real Madrid’s future defensive line.
A battle for the signature of the defender
Real Madrid are not the only ones keeping an eye on Gasiorowski. Red Bull Salzburg and Inter Milan are also closely following the Valencia player’s progress.
But with the lure of the Bernabéu, Real Madrid remain favourites to sign him. His current contract with Valencia runs until next summer, but the club have an option to extend it for another two years, which could complicate Real’s plans.
With injuries to key defenders like David Alaba and youngster Joan Martinez, who faces a lengthy recovery from a torn cruciate ligament, Real Madrid’s defence is looking a little thin at the moment.
But according to Marca, the Merengues are not expected to make any recruitment in January. They will instead wait until the summer to make their choice.
