Fortnite account level is a must-check feature if you want to see how many times you’ve leveled up since you started playing Battle Royale or if you just want to show off to your friends.

What are Account Levels in Fortnite?
Your Account Level Notes your progress in each chapter and season of Fortnite that you have played so far. It is separate from your current season level which appears above you in the lobby.
For example, let’s say you started playing Fortnite in Chapter 3: Season 4 and reached level 80, then you reach level 60 during Chapter 4: Season 1. Your current account level would then be level 140.
Having a higher account level than other players doesn’t affect anything in the game: it’s simply a sign of how long you’ve been playing Fortnite.
How to gain account levels in Fortnite
In Fortnite, you gain account levels by accumulate XP and level up through various in-game activities. This includes playing the main Battle Royale mode, Creative mode, or recently added modes like LEGO Fortnite, completing quests, or purchasing levels from the in-game store.

How to Check Your Account Level in Fortnite
To check your current account level, Access the Career tab from the main menu of the Fortnite lobby and your account level will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen. This is shown in the screenshot above.
Every time you level up while playing, your account level will be updated and can be viewed in this section of the game. This is the only place you can check your overall Fortnite level.
