McDonald’s restaurants in the U.S. are being transformed into Sponsored PokeStops or Gyms in Pokemon GO. This means you can now collect items, catch Pokemon, and join raids while grabbing your favorite burger. The best part? These locations will have special features active during dinner time, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time, perfect for an evening gaming session.
During this hour, you will find active Lure Modules at McDonald’s PokeStops, attracting various Pokemon to the location. If your local McDonald’s is hosting a Gym, you can participate in five-star raids with other players.
When Can You Participate in Pokemon GO x McDonald’s Collab?
The partnership runs for four different weeks over the next few months. The first week kicks off on December 16, 2024, giving you a chance to try it out during the holiday season.
