The Return to Verdansk event asks Warzone players to crack open safes to earn rewards, but tracking down the location of each one is no easy task.
After nearly four years away, Verdansk is finally back in Warzone as part of the Season 3 update. The OG map has made its long-awaited comeback, complete with all the iconic POIs and many classic guns that fans remember.
To celebrate, the in-game Return to Verdansk event is running until April 15, where players must open safes scattered around the map to earn rewards. Unfortunately, they’re not all marked on the map, so here’s where to find each one.
All safe locations
There are well over 100 safes to track down during the Return to Verdansk event, and there are multiple within each section. However, not everyone will spawn in each match, so you might have to visit more than one spot before finding it.

All rewards
Each section has a specific reward attached to it and you only need to open one safe in that location to unlock it. Once you’ve claimed it the safes in that area can still spawn, but they will only offer you ground loot like a normal chest, rather than any event rewards.
Collecting all 12 will also unlock the Kali Sticks, the controversial melee weapon that dominated the early days of Warzone.
On top of all the guaranteed rewards, the Caine Operator skin also has a slim chance of dropping whenever you open a safe. However, players have reported opening hundreds without seeing the skin, so you’ll need your luck to be in.

You only have until April 15 to claim most of the rewards above, so act fast if you want to unlock every single one. The only expectation is the Kali Sticks, which will be made available through Armory once the event comes to an end.
