With a huge check of $5 million prize pool to play for, including a winner’s cheque that outshines the UEFA Women’s Champions League payout, W7F is aiming to redefine how fans experience women’s football.
The format is to create a rapid-fire vibe in the arena with 7-a-side spectacle featuring elite players from top European clubs, all packed into a thrilling three-day window that promises goals, drama, and nonstop action. Two groups of four teams will battle it out across short, high-stakes 30-minute matches, with games split into two fast-paced 15-minute halves.
Hosted at the picturesque Estádio António Coimbra da Mota in Estoril, which is a stone’s throw from Lisbon, and the stadium set to host the UEFA Women’s Champions League final a day later; W7F feels perfectly timed to ride the wave of elite European women’s football.

The World Sevens women’s soccer tournament will not be available for a live telecast on TV. But fans across the globe can catch the live action on DAZN.

There are 8 women soccer clubs taking part in the tournament. Ajax, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Rosengard, Benfica, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Roma. These clubs are divided into two groups of four.
