Dating is hard enough, and that’s without being given glasses to let you romance your fridge or doors. Luckily, though, unlike real life, you’re given some key S.P.E.C.S to help with your love conquests in Date Everything.
These S.P.E.C.S (which we’ll be calling Specs because dotting everything is weird) give you the chance to woo your furniture. Often, while speaking to your trash or floors, you’ll be given an option that will only be available if you have a certain number of Poise, Empathy, Smarts, Sass, or Charm. If you don’t, you can’t use that option. If you do, well, you’ll earn yourself as much favor as a free drink would in the real world.

So, it’s safe to say Specs are a pretty vital part of Date Everything, but they can be a little confusing at the beginning, especially if you’re looking to improve them, as it’s not quite the same as many other in-game stats.

How to improve your Specs
To improve your Specs in Date Everything, you’ll need to Love, Hate, or become friends with a character. When you do, you’ll be offered five points in one of the categories.

So, the more friends, lovers, or enemies you make throughout the game, the higher your Specs are. Think of it like the more you practice at something, the better you get at it.
Best characters to unlock first when improving Specs
As we mentioned, every character will offer an increase in Specs, but some are a little easier to love, befriend, or hate. The top five are listed below:
What characters reward which specs?
Each character will reward you with Specs once you’ve completed their quests. These Specs will not change, no matter whether you love, hate, or befriend them.
