The majority of the Moonfall Silver is found between the Frostmoon Enclave and the Light-Bathed Platform area. However, there are outer regions of the island where you can find them too.

As there is no specific abundance of Moonfall Silver in the game, you must explore around to collect it. Luckily, it is only available on Hiisi Island. Start your exploration from the southern edge of the island. Near the teleport waypoint, you will find an enemy base camp.
After looting the area, walk further northwest near the shores to find more of the materials. Now go to the Light-Bathed Platform and scavenge around the platform. Now keep walking toward the final teleport waypoint in the eastern region.
Once you clear up the area, head over to the eastern parts of Hiisi Island and find the Moon-Bathed Courtyard viewpoint. You will find a lot of Moonfall Silver material in Genshin Impact by following this farming route.
