The Meteor Shower event added a lot of new items, events, and craftables. The Obsidiron Chest is one of the craftables required for useful weapons or armors. However, you need to gather some materials before getting it, which can be a pain to find. In this guide, we will go through all the steps, following which you can get the Obsidiron Chest in 99 Nights in the Forest.

How to Obtain Obsidiron Chest in 99 Nights in the Forest

The only way to get the Obsidiron Chest is through crafting in the game. Players can craft the Obsidiron Chest at the Meteor Anvil, located inside the anvil building in 99 Nights in the Forest. The anvil building will show up on the map as a red anvil icon after the Meteor Shower. The Meteor Shower happens randomly after you reach day 5 or more. Once the meteor shower is about to start, a text will pop up, “The sky is on fire.

After you find the anvil building, head inside and kill the Meteor Crabs. Once done, assemble the anvil parts, which you can find in the building itself. Simply, pick up the parts and place them on the blueprint to assemble it. You can use the blacksmith class by using the 99 Nights in the Forest codes to craft it faster.

Now that the anvil is ready, you can interact with it by holding E to find out the craftables. The last craftable item will be the Obsidian Chest blueprint, which can be crafted by placing certain items on top of the anvil. Once you get the blueprint, grab it and place it on the ground to get the Obsidian Chest in 99 Nights in the Forest.

Meteor Shards are red colored crystals that can be mined from the meteors found in the Meteor Crater. Similarly, you can find the Gold Shard, but the drop rate is much lower compared to the Meteor Shard. Mine the meteors in 99 Nights in the Forest frequently to grab these materials.

The last item, Obsidiron Ingot, can be tricky to obtain. When mining a meteor, there is a chance to obtain a Raw Obsidian Ore, along with Meteor and Gold Shards. You’ll need to break the Raw Obsidiron Ore by tossing it up from a high place. Take the broken Ore and throw it in the lava, inside the Meteor Crater.

The broken Raw Obsidiron Ore will turn into a Scalding Obsidiron Ingot. Pick it up and dip it in cold water or, preferably, some pond nearby. Now, your Obsidiron Ingot will be ready. Repeat the process three more times to get the required Ingots.

Once you have all the items, return to the anvil building and activate the Obsidiron Chest blueprint recipe. Place the items on top of the Meteor Anvil, and your Obsidiron Chest blueprint will be ready. You can use the Obsidiron Chest blueprint to summon an Obsidiron Chest. After opening the chest, you’ll get a new achievement.
