How to Unlock Groundmech Droid in Fortnite Droid Tycoon
You can get the Groundmech Droid in Fortnite Droid Tycoon by keeping an eye on the Sandcrawler Conveyor Belt. Much like all other droids in the Fortnite XP map, the Groundmech Droid cannot be unlocked through standard base upgrades. The rotating shop on the conveyor belt features multiple droid blueprints that you can purchase with Credits, including the Groundmech Droid, which is considered a rare spawn.
While finding the Groundmech Droid is technically possible early on, its spawn rate on the conveyor belt is notoriously low for beginner players.
