How to enter a promo code via a web browser
To exchange codes on a Android and iPhoneyou will first need to visit the official website Niantic Offer Exchange Website. You will be given three options to log in: Google, Facebook or Niantic Kids.
The credentials will be the same as those used to log in to the Pokemon Go app. The next page to load will allow you to enter the promotional code and, if accepted, a message will appear telling you that the items have been added to your inventory.
NianticPokemon Trainer Club is not one of the ways you can log in to redeem a Pokemon Go promo code. You must log in with Google, Facebook, or Niantic Kids.
However, there is no option to log in to the Pokémon Trainer Club. This means iPhone users who only have a Pokemon Trainer Club ID cannot currently redeem any codes.
Luckily, you can link your Pokemon Go account to Google and Facebook and fix this problem quickly. If you lose your login or get hacked, both options have two-factor authentication for added security.
Where to Enter Pokemon Go Promo Codes via Android and iOS
If you’ve played Pokémon Go on an Android mobile device, you may have noticed that the space to enter codes at the bottom of the shop has been removed.
This means you can no longer claim offer codes from within the app, as you now have to go the route iPhone users do, which is via a web browser. Niantic has changed the way you enter promo codes on Android devices from February 13, 2024.
