After a drama-filled weekend at Circuit of the Americas, Formula 1 heads to Texas’s southern neighbor for the Mexican Grand Prix.
Held at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, the Mexico City race has been a staple in Formula 1 since 2015 when the circuit was brought back after a 21-year hiatus. Only three drivers have won the eight races since, as the GP was cancelled in 2020, but could this weekend bring a new champion?
Max Verstappen, the three-time depending victor, hasn’t won a race since June’s Spanish GP. He’s finished on top of the podium, of course, though the Formula 1 record-holder’s latest finish didn’t come without issue. He’ll try to make up for Austin’s penalty controversy with an honest showing in Mexico City.

A three-day event, there’s plenty of ticket options for fans to choose from. Here’s how each day breaks down in price.
Friday, a practice day, has the cheapest passes available with some going for as little as $35. Saturday, which includes practice and qualifying rounds, has a get-in price of $100. The main event on Sunday costs no less than $325.
