The Indianapolis Colts (0-2) will host the Chicago Bears (1-1) at Lucas Oil Stadium for a Week 3 matchup on Sunday.

Although the Colts have not ruled out any players from their final injury reportThe Bears ruled out four players, including a starter on the offensive side of the ball.

The Colts are looking to avoid an 0-3 start for the first time since the 2021 season and just the second time since 2011.

It will be a battle between two starting quarterbacks, with first overall pick Caleb Williams looking to improve his game while Anthony Richardson is set to make his sixth career NFL start.

We’ll update if either team makes any changes to their injury reports on Saturday, but these are the players with injury designations for the Week 3 matchup.

Colts vs. Bears Week 3: Full injury rosters

Indianapolis Colts

Questionable

  • WR Michael Pittman Jr. (back, calf)
  • FROM Laiatu Latu (hip)

Pittman was a late addition to the injury report this week as a non-participant on Friday. Head coach Shane Steichen seemed optimistic about his chances of playing, but it’s still something to monitor. Latu has taken a step in the right direction after suffering a hip injury in Week 2. However, he was a limited participant in Friday’s practice, so this is truly a game-time decision.

No designation

  • K Matt Gay (quadruple)
  • S Julian Blackmon (shoulder)
  • WR Josh Downs (ankle)
  • S Rodney Thomas II (shoulder)
  • C Ryan Kelly (unrelated to injury)
  • OT Braden Smith (knee)

Gay was on the injury report with a new quadriceps injury, but he practiced full-time twice to finish the week. Downs will make his highly anticipated season debut after battling an ankle sprain he suffered in training camp. Kelly and Smith did not practice Friday, but both are expected to play, barring a change in status.

The Chicago Bears

Out

  • WR Keenan Allen (heel, staff)
  • FB Khari Blasingame (hand, knee)
  • DL Zacch Pickens (groin)
  • RB Travis Homer (finger)

Allen will miss his second straight game, meaning Williams will have to rely on DJ Moore and Rome Odunze in the passing game.

Questionable

Davis was only able to participate in the first two practices of the week, but he was a full participant Friday, so he should be able to play.

No designation

  • OT Teven Jenkins (thigh)
  • TE Marcedes Lewis (rest)
  • OT Kiran Amegadije (quadriceps)
  • DT Andrew Billings (groin)
  • WR Rome Odunze (knee)
  • DE Montez Sweat (elbow)
  • DE DeMarcus Walker (foot)

Odunze will make another start as he battles a knee injury while Sweat and Walker were full participants on Friday.
