He may be a descendant of the Canopy, but finding your Kinich materials in Genshin Impact takes you through northern Natlan and underground. Kinich uses a bunch of items you’ll find in the Sulfur Vein area, as well as some Saurian items and a little something that the Yumkasaur world boss drops—handy, since the Yumkasaur also drops Dendro Stones.

Kinich materials for ascension
Kinich uses items you’ve likely already picked up from your travels around Natlan in 5.0, as well as boss loot he shares with Kachina.

Gemstones Nagadus Emerald Dendro come from the normal bosses Dendro Hypostasis and Jadeplume Terrorshroom and the weekly boss Guardian of Apep’s Oasis. However, the best place to get them for Kinich is from the world boss Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King in central Natlan. Yumkasaur also drops the Kinich boss item, the Overripe Fire Grenade.so you eliminate two carpets in one go.
Juvenile Fang, Seasoned Fang and Tyrant Fang
You can find them on any of the Saurian enemies you encounter in Natlan. You can find many of them if you harvest Quenepa Berries for Kachina, though they are mostly the Hilichurls of Natlan and are not difficult to track down. Use the in-game enemy tracker if you have trouble finding them.
Saurian Claw Succulent is a local specialty of Natlan that only grows in northern Natlan, around the Children of Echoes colony and the Sulfurous Vein region.
