How to watch the ‘Alien’ movies in order on streaming before watching ‘Alien: Romulus’

You better watch out for xenomorphs and facehuggers, because we’re just days away from the release of Extraterrestrial: Romulus in theaters.

Directed by Fede Álvarez and written by Álvarez and Rodo Sayagues, Extraterrestrial: Romulus It is the seventh film in the Foreign franchise (if you don’t count both) Alien vs. Predator crossover films, that is). But technically, this new film is a standalone “interquel,” taking place between the events of the first film. Foreign (1979) and the second film Extraterrestrials (1986). Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and Aileen Wu star in the film as a group of young space colonists who come face to face with some terrifying aliens. Because Extraterrestrial: Romulus It’s a standalone movie, with a completely new cast, you don’t need to watch any of the others. Foreign movies to be able to enjoy this new one. That said, it may be helpful to at least watch the first film starring Sigourney Weaver, both because this film takes place after the events of that film, and because it is simply a great movie.
