Scott Disick has come a long way since his scandalous past. But in The Kardashians At the end of the fifth season, he is forced to talk about the “15 years” he spent battling substance abuse.
In this episode, Disick, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian take a test to find out their biological age. While Khloé and Kim learn that they are biologically many years younger than their actual age, Disick is told that his biological age is the same as his calendar age, which is 41.
“In the past, you probably haven’t been as focused on health as you are now,” the testing company owner explains, to which Disick confesses, “Yeah, there were probably 10, 15 years where I was… uh… I was pretty focused on…”
But before he can finish, Kris bluntly interjects: “Drugs.” Disick turns to his ex-mother-in-law with a look that looks like death and sarcastically replies, “Thank you. Drugs. Yeah, thank you.”
They’re not done dredging up the past just yet, though. While Kim clarifies that Disick had issues with “drugs and alcohol,” the father of three admits, “Yeah, drugs and alcohol were a big, big…”
Once again, Disick is interrupted when Khloé adds, “Strippers. Hookers.”
Although the Talentless founder reveals that “there were strippers involved,” he dismisses the idea that he was interacting with prostitutes, telling Khloe: “Prostitutes, not really.”

In total, he says it was “15 years of real effort and dedication.”
During his decade-long relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, Disick had public issues with alcohol and substance abuse. The reality star was in multiple rehab centers and was even hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in 2014.
This is not the first time this season that The Kardashians Disick has been vocal about his unhealthy habits. While discussing his weight loss journey, Disick revealed that at one point, he was eating “a whole box” of Hawaiian rolls every night and drinking “20 gingers a day” because he “didn’t know” that ginger ale was the same as soda.
