Fisch Mariana’s Veil update is here with the first-ever boss fight in the game. As an extreme end-game task, defeating the Scylla can be quite a pain as it unlocks the final bestiary of the update. So, if you reached the end part of Fisch Mariana’s Veil already, this boss fight guide is for you. Keep reading as we detail how to find and beat Scylla boss in Fisch.
Where to Find the Scylla Boss in Fisch
Prerequisites to Find Scylla
Before you begin your quest to find Scylla in Fisch, you must do certain tasks to unlock access to the Calm Zone. First, make sure you get and upgrade the submarine in Fisch to level 3. While you are upgrading the submarine, you must go through the Volcanic Vents bestiary, Challenger’s Deep bestiary, and the Abyssal Zenith bestiary.
Catch the secret fish from all the first three bestiaries, such as the Magma Leviathan (Volcanic Vents), Frozen Leviathan (Challenger’s Deep), and Crowned Anglerfish (Abyssal Zenith) during the bestiary exploration. Once you have them, take your submarine and follow the path below the entrance of Abyssal Zenith. This will lead you to the entrance of Calm Zone. If you have a GPS in Fisch, look for the following coordinates: X= -4145, Y= -11210, and Z= 1395.
How to Find the Calm Zone Bestiary
Now, cross the waterfall, and you will see a skipping stones area. The obby can be really hard to cross normally. That is why I suggest you talk to the Calm Zone innkeeper and create a spawn point. To easily cross the obby, get the advanced glider. The best method is by climbing the orange crystal on your left and gliding to the other side (cheeky and effective!).
You will find a big gate once you cross the obstacle course in Calm Zone. Here, you must place the secret fishes on their designated platforms. The Crowned Anglerfish goes in the middle, the Magma Leviathan on the left, and the Frozen Leviathan on the right.
To place them, hold the fish and press E for some time once close to the platform. After you place them, the gate will open, and you will have access to the Calm Zone bestiary in Fisch.

How to Find Scylla Boss
After you cross the Calm Zone bestiary, you will find the Scylla puzzle. To complete the Scylla puzzle in Fisch, you must move the statues by pressing E until it is green. Do this task for all four statues within a minute to complete it. I suggest you complete one and run to the next one to save time. After you complete the puzzle, it will open the gate and a portal to the Veil of the Forsaken.
Once you enter the portal, you must wait for a minute till the Scylla boss gate opens. You can also wait for your friends during this time. Everyone can participate in the boss battle if all your friends come before the gate within that time. As soon as the timer runs out, a cutscene will start, and you will enter the Scylla boss fight area in Fisch.

How to Defeat the Scylla Boss in Fisch
After the Scylla Boss Fight starts, you will see some highlighted Ancient Weapon parts all around the pool. The parts include a Base, a Bow, and an Arrow. To beat the Scylla boss in Fisch, you must collect and deposit all these parts in the Crossbow. If you have an Advanced Glider, doing this will be a cakewalk. Otherwise, if you fall in the water, it will spawn you at the beginning.
However, dodging the energy balls the Scylla throws at you is more important. If your health goes to zero, you must start the fight immediately. I suggest you clear your quick-button items and move them to inventory before starting the fight.
This will ensure that the parts you collect go directly into the quick bar. You can access the items without opening your full inventory this way. Once you have all the parts, look for the gate where you come from. The crossbow will be on top of that area.

The Scylla boss stays there for 10 minutes, and if you fail to complete the task within the specified time, the fight will restart. You must do all the gathering and depositing within that time. While depositing, ensure you are not hit by the energy balls, especially when Scylla throws all four at once. After you deposit all 3 Ancient Weapon Parts, a cinematic will play, and Scylla will die.
