Setting up the most efficient drug production bungalow in Schedule 1 is a rewarding challenge.

By carefully placing your equipment, assigning the right tasks, and ensuring your workflow runs smoothly, you can create a powerhouse that produces an incredible amount of product in a short time.

In just 24 hours, you should have a substantial amount of mixes ready for sale. At $140 per unit, you’ll make a handsome profit from each brick, which is worth around $3000.

Requirements for the best Bungalow setup

Before diving into the setup, make sure you have the following key equipment, employees, and materials ready:

  • 3 Chemists
  • 2 Handlers
  • 2 Mixing Station Mk2
  • 5 Lab Ovens
  • 5 Chemistry Stations
  • 1 Brick Press
  • 11 Large Shelves
  • 50 Phosphorus
  • 50 Acid
  • 50 Pseudo
  • 160 Horse Semen

Best Bungalow setup

Step 1: set up the Chemistry Stations and Lab Ovens

Chemistry Station layout

We’re going to position our Chemistry Stations and Lab Ovens in a way that maximizes efficiency and minimizes walking time for our workers.

  1. Place one Chemistry Station in the corner, close to where it needs to be
  2. Position the Lab Oven opposite it. This will create an efficient work process for your first Chemist.
  3. Now, align the remaining four Chemistry Stations against the back wall.

Be sure to leave just enough space for a clear walkway so that your workers can move around easily.

Lab Oven layout

The next step is to create a Lab Oven Island. Position four Lab Ovens in a square, making sure that they are close enough to each other for quick access, but still leaving space for your handlers and chemists to work.

Next, place five large shelves along the back wall and four along the side to store your raw materials. These shelves will be used by your Handlers to supply ingredients directly to your chemistry stations, bypassing the need for long walks.

While it may seem minor, the positioning of lamps is important. Place them in the corners of your bungalow, but avoid placing them along main walkways to prevent blocking paths or disrupting the movement of your staff.

Step 2: Assigning Staff and Equipment

Chemist stations

  • Chemist 1 will be assigned to four Chemistry Stations. Select the stations and assign them to your first chemist by clicking on them.
  • Chemist 2 will be placed at the Lab Oven Island. Assign the chemist to all four Lab Ovens here.
  • Chemist 3 should be assigned to two Mixing Stations and one Lab Oven.

Handlers stations

Handlers will be responsible for ensuring your raw materials are always available at the chemistry stations.

Here’s the key: Handlers can grab ingredients through walls if they are positioned correctly.

To take advantage of this, assign each handler to the shelves, ensuring they supply ingredients to the chemistry stations without walking around the entire bungalow.

Step 3: Setting destinations and routes

Managing Chemistry Stations and Lab Ovens

The next step is to assign the Chemistry Stations and Lab Ovens to specific destinations.

The key is to make sure each Chemistry Station gets ingredients from the right shelf and each Lab Oven gets the right materials. You can manage this by clicking the “Routes” tab and selecting the appropriate destinations.

For example:

  • Chemist 1 will have their Chemistry Stations linked to their corresponding Lab Ovens.
  • Chemist 2 will have their Lab Ovens linked to the Mixing Stations.

Assigning handlers’ routes

Your Handlers will need to make sure the shelves are stocked and the ingredients are delivered properly.

This will include assigning them to pick up materials from the shelves and deliver them to the Chemistry Stations and Mixers.

Assign a Handler to each shelf, linking them to the Chemistry Stations in the most efficient way.

Setting up the Mixing Stations

For the Mixing Stations, make sure that the first stage of mixing uses Pseudo, and the second stage uses Horse Semen.

This two-step process allows you to maintain control over your production and ensure that each ingredient is used at the right time.

Step 4: Managing ingredients and stocking Shelves

Now that your workstations are set up, it’s time to stock your shelves with the required ingredients:

  • Have 20 units of Phosphorus, Acid, and Pseudo per shelf. This should be sufficient to keep the production line running smoothly without frequent restocking.
  • Make sure Mixing Stations are always well-stocked. To do this, place Horse Semen, and Pseudo in the right quantities to keep the mixing process efficient. Your Handlers will need to periodically restock these materials.

That’s everything you need to know about Schedule 1’s Bungalow setup, for other setups, like the Barn or how to get other properties, we’ve got you covered.
