CENTRE COURT, WIMBLEDON — An all-Czech women’s Wimbledon final sees Karolina Muchova and Linda Noskova face off with both bidding to win a maiden grand slam title.

For the third time in the last four years, the Venus Rosewater Dish will be raised by Czech hands and at 21, Noskova, competing in her first grand slam final, becomes the youngest woman to contest the Championship match here since 2014.

At 29, Muchova has more experience and has already made a grand slam final before; losing to Poland’s Iga Swiatek at the 2023 French Open.

The pair have only met once previousy; winning via a three-set comeback, during a third-round tussle at the 2025 U.S. Open.

Karolina Muchova vs. Linda Noskova live updates, highlights from 2026 Wimbledon final

10 a.m. ET: If Noskova wins the title, she will become the youngest Wimbledon champion since her fellow Czech Petra Kvitova in 2011, who won that year’s title aged 21 years, 116 days old (at tournament end date).

She is playing in her first grand slam final with her best Wimbledon result a fourth round showing last year as she lost to eventual runner-up Amanda Anisimova.

9:30 a.m. ET: There really isn’t much to separate these two today. They have only ever played each other once with Muchova winning in three sets in the 2025 US Open 3rd round.

But they do know each other’s games very well. In fact, they teamed up for doubles at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where they finished in 4th place after falling in the bronze-medal final to the Spanish duo of Cristina Bucsa and Sara Sorribes Tormo.

Muchova and Noskova are tied for the most Tour-level match-wins on grass in 2026. They enter today’s final with identical 11-1 records on grass this season.
