The Star Wars Outlaws DLC post-launch roadmap includes two story packs, the first of which, Wild Card, has received an official release date.
Star Wars Outlaws was the first open-world Star Wars game, starring the villainous Kay Vess and taking place between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Although we praised the scale and design of the planets in our review, Ubisoft admitted that sales weren’t quite up to expectations.
Nonetheless, developer Massive Entertainment plans to support the game post-launch with story DLC and cosmetic packs. Here’s everything you need to know about the first DLC and the future roadmap.
Star Wars Outlaws Wild Card Release Date and Story
Wild Card, the first DLC for Star Outlaws, arrives on Thursday November 21, 2024.
This story expansion tasks Kay with infiltrating a Sabacc tournament. A meeting with Lando Calrissian during the high-stakes competition indicates that something more complex than card games is going on behind the scenes.
Not much else is known about where this additional installment of the story will take Kay, but the developers have confirmed that it will be a fairly large and content-packed expansion.
Ubisoft details Star Wars Outlaws DLC roadmap

Alongside the release of Wild Card, players can also expect two cosmetic packs and a story pack. With the packs – Hunter’s Legacy and Cartel Ronin – users will receive cosmetics for Kay, Nix, the speeder and the Trailblazer ship.
Spring 2025 marks the final milestone on the roadmap, when Star Wars developers Outlaws will release A Pirate’s Fortune DLC.
This story pack will put the Trailblazer’s reputation to the test, as Kay encounters veteran pirate Hondo Ohnaka of The Clone Wars fame. Apparently, Ohnaka has interests to defend with a band of ruthless pirates.
Although the Season Pass is only available to Gold/Ultimate Edition pre-orders or Ubisoft+ Premium members, the two story packs will go on sale separately.
