- Use the totem and interact with the Northstar Village levers to unlock the hatch.
- Fish for the Essence Of Winter and Essence Of Starfrost in the Northstar Village pools during the Frost Moon weather.
- Complete the Santa’s Miracle Rod quest to obtain the Everfrost Key.
- Enter the hatch and insert the Essence Of Winter and Essence Of Starfrost into the mouth of the Cryoshock Serpent statue.
