The only way to get the Astralhook rod is to reach level 2500 in Fisch. Currently, this is the final level cap in the game, which you can achieve by fishing strategically at the best Fisch XP farming locations.
However, even after reaching the level cap, the item will only become visible in the Equipment Bag once you catch a fish or restart the game.
Fisch Astralhook Rod Stats
The Astralhook Rod has the most impressive stats of all in the whole game, and its completely valid, considering you get it after the ultimate end-game. Here are the stats of the rod:

- Luck: 200%

The Astralhook rod boasts many passives, including progress speed buffs and two new mutations.
- Flat +15% progress speed on all catches
- While catching fish, stars will start falling from the sky around you every 1.2-2.4s. This will add an additional +15% progress speed to the fishing bar.
- Once you catch 12 fishes, an Astral Pool will spawn in front of you. It’s available for 60 seconds and has a 80% chance to give Astral mutation (6x sale value). Any player can get the Astral mutation fish when the pool is active.
- Doing a perfect cast followed by a perfect catch grants you a 10% chance to get a random non-limited fish from their existing bestiary with guaranteed Stardust mutation (7.5x sale value).
