Coco Gauff has been a one-to-watch young phenom since she qualified for the 2019 Wimbledon at just 15 — and beat the great Venus Williams in a major upset. Since then, she’s been on a roll.
Now she’s the reigning French Open winner, having beat the great Aryna Sabalenka as the first American to win the prestigious tournament since Serena Williams — who won for the third time a decade ago, in 2015.
Gauff’s win came with a prize of $2.9 million.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Coco has racked up more than $24.3 million in prize money throughout her career — earning her a place among the top 20 Women’s Tennis Association earners of all time. She earned approximately $9.35 million in prize money in 2024 alone, according to the site. Her haul included the largest single-event payout in women’s tennis history, $4.805 million for her win at the WTA Finals.
While that makes for her most lucrative year to date, time will tell how much she continues to add up in 2025.
And with sports success comes the eye-watering endorsements, of which Gauff has plenty. She’s had an impressive deal with New Balance since October 2018, which now includes signature shoe collabs. She also started a partnership with the pasta company Barilla in 2019 and the racquet maker Head, whose supplies she uses on tour, according to the site.
Not a bad portfolio for a 21-year-old with a whole career ahead of her. By comparison, Williams — worth a cool $300 million according to Celebrity Net Worth, didn’t retire until the age of 41.
So where does Gauff’s net worth stand now? According to the site, she’s worth a whopping $35 million.
