Who will emerge from Manchester as the UFC welterweight champion when Leon Edwards defends the title at UFC 304 against Belal Muhammad?
Edwards and Muhammad competed against each other in March 2021. The fight ended in a no contest after Muhammad punched him in the eye. Edwards has since defeated Kamaru Usman via a Dramatic kick to the head to leave the field in 2022 to win the UFC welterweight title. “Rocky” has defended the belt twice and has not lost a fight since 2015.
Muhammad has won five straight fights since the Edwards fight and hasn’t lost a fight since 2019. “Remember the Name” defeated Gilbert Burns on two weeks’ notice a year ago. The former Titan FC welterweight champion is competing in his first UFC title fight.

In the co-main event, Tom Aspinall will defend the interim UFC heavyweight title against Curtis Blaydes. Aspinall and Blaydes last fought in July 2022, when Aspinall injured his knee 15 seconds into the fight. Since then, Aspinall has won two fights in a row, beating Sergei Pavlovich to claim the interim belt. Blaydes lost to Pavlovich, but knocked out Jailton Almeida in his last fight.
Also on the card will be up-and-coming Paddy Pimblett, who is riding a seven-fight winning streak, against “King” Bobby Green. Meanwhile, top flyweight contender Muhammad Mokaev will take on former RIZIN champion Manel Kape.
