Mclaren continued their excellent run of form this campaign, as Lando Norris claimed his second title of the season at Monte Carlo last week. He pipped local favorite Charles Leclerc and teammate Oscar Piastri to the finish line.
Max Verstappen heads into the Spanish GP as the three-time defending champion. Currently placed third in the drivers’ standings, behind the two McLaren drivers, Vesrtappen will hope to continue his winning streak in Barcelona and close the gap on his rivals.

Spanish Grand Prix 2025 schedule
The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will host the F1 Spanish Grand Prix from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1.
Spanish Grand Prix is the ninth Grand Prix race of the season. It will take place over a standard race weekend format, with two practice sessions on Friday, a further practice session on Saturday, and the qualifying on Saturday before the race on Sunday, June 1.
