Order takeout or prepare dinner? To go or not to go? Stay in your current job or look for a new one? Buy what you want or save money?
There are countless decisions we make on a daily basis that will shape the course of history. And Draymond Green knows a thing or two about the power of choice.
To hit Jusuf Nurkic or not: that is the question. Whether or not to step on Domantas Sabonis is another. Green has faced many options in his long career with the Warriors, earning a reputation as a dirty player with a bad temper.
Those options are now the basis of Green’s new AT&T commercial for March Madness. It’s all part of AT&T’s “Connect to Madness” campaign that features other NBA and WNBA stars.

The ad begins with Green approaching the restaurant counter where an employee is on the phone looking at a photo of him during his days at Michigan State. After telling Green that AT&T offered her the best deal and choice of plans, she continues to talk about the options.
“The options are amazing, aren’t they?” Green tells a restaurant employee as he records a live broadcast.
“One moment you’re making all the right choices and everyone loves you. Then you make a bad one. Then a good one. A regrettable choice. Then another questionable choice. Soon, you’re left with only one option. And that’s to grow up.”

At 34 years old, it remains to be seen how much Green’s game can truly change, especially after being suspended 12 games earlier this season for the Nurkic incident. Still, the ad is a fun look at Green, who has earned plenty of headlines over the years.
His cheerful nature is evidence of some of the good decisions the four-time NBA champion has made.
Now the only question left is what Green chose to eat from the menu.
