Trust Wallet is a popular platform for buying and exchanging cryptocurrencies. However, you may run into problems if you try to add a token that the decentralized wallet is not familiar with. Please note that this procedure will only work if the cryptocurrency is sent on a blockchain supported by the platform. You should also have confirmed the transaction so that it is available in your crypto wallet.
To add a custom token, you will first need to find its address.
- Open CoinMarketCap in your browser and tap the search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter the name of the token you would like to add to Trusted wallet and click on the token to see its details.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and tap the Copy icon next to “Contracts.”
- Open the Trust Wallet app and tap the search icon at the top of the screen.
- Find the token and click “Add custom token” in the pop-up message.
- Select the appropriate blockchain network and paste the token address into the designated slot.
- Enter additional details, such as the token name, and then press “Save.”
