When fans and bettors think of Steph Curry, they think of postseason heroics, clutch three-pointers, and statistical milestones. That’s why betting your over/under player props is so fun: not only do you make a ton of OVER bets, but it’s also incredibly entertaining to watch the process of making them.

The Warriors face the familiar Kings in the NBA Play-In Tournament on Tuesday (10 p.m. ET, TNT, Sling). The winner will face the loser of the Lakers-Pelicans game to decide eighth place in the West. The loser goes home.

As most fans know, the Warriors don’t get sent home in mid-April very often. When the stakes are raised, Curry raises his game. He runs faster, works harder, gets places faster and never takes his foot off the proverbial pedal.

Let’s dig into our favorite Stephen Curry’s player supports BetMGM for Tuesday night’s battle between the Warriors and Kings, ranking fixtures based on betting value and probability of winning.

Stephen Curry Stats Projection: Ranking the Best Prop Picks

Steph Curry Points – OVER 28.5 (-110)

This may seem like a difficult point to handle, as Curry has surpassed this total just four times in his last 14 games. However, he has scored 28+ in four of his last seven, and we all know the greatest shooter of all time takes a big step forward in the postseason.

Curry has scored more than 31 points in two of his last three playoff games. He averaged 30.5 points per game in the postseason last year and scored a total of 39 and 37 points in the Warriors’ final two Play-In games in 2021. This looks like an easy OVER to us.

Steph Curry’s 3-pointers – UNDER 4.5 (-115)

Of course, just because we’re going for Steph’s OVER in points doesn’t mean we should also take advantage of that with her three-point OVER. Curry’s 3-point shooting might be the most inflated mainstay at the rim, and it’s downright foolish to spend a ton of money on the OVER when we all know Mike Brown’s Kings will do everything they can to keep him away from his spots outside the arc.

A quick look at Curry’s postseason game record reveals that the sharpshooter has failed to hit five 3-pointers in five consecutive playoff games. And while he has enjoyed great success against Sacramento this season (5.3 three-pointers per game), he also hasn’t faced the Kings since underrated perimeter defender Keon Ellis joined their starting lineup.

The absence of Malik Monk and Kevin Huerter may hurt Mike Brown’s team offensively, but it arguably improved the Kings defensively. Ellis and Davion Mitchell should be able to keep up with Curry much more effectively than Monk and Huerter have in the past.

Steph Curry rebounds – OVER 4.5 (-135)

Golden State quietly ranked as the Association’s best rebounding team this season, in large part because all of its core rotation players hit the boards.

As the bigs battle perennial NBA rebounding leader Domantas Sabonis, Curry should look for several easy rebounds. He averaged 6.3 rebounds per game against the Kings this season, so betting on him to reach five on Tuesday seems like a solid pick.
