NBCUniversal and roku are partnering to bring the 2024 Summer Olympics from Paris to sports fans with the newly announced NBC Olympic Zone on Roku.
This new hub will be accessible through Roku’s home screen menu and will help Peacock subscribers easily access the streamer’s complete coverage of the Paris 2024 Olympics, which will include more than 5,000 hours of streaming of live events, right from your TV or Roku device.
In addition to following all the action live through this new hub, users can explore rows of curated content from upcoming programming, discover events by sport type, and click through to event recaps.
NBC’s Olympic Zone on Roku will also feature a dedicated replay queue, with clips and highlight reels that will take users directly into Peacock’s immersive viewing experience. Those looking for the current standings will also be able to see a live medal count at a glance through this new hub.
New Peacock Premium Features Coming in July
In addition to NBC’s new Olympic Zone on Roku, Peacock will also debut two new features this summer to help Olympic fans keep up with all the action: Peacock Live Actions, which will let users decide which sports and Athletes want to continue during the games. and Peacock Discovery Multiview, which allows subscribers to watch up to four simultaneous events at once
The summer 2024 games will be the first fully available via live streaming on Peacock, with 329 live events scheduled to stream in real time. However, with NBC Olympic Zone on Roku, as well as these new features, even the most die-hard Olympics fans should have no problem keeping up with the latest rankings.

Peacock prices will also increase this summer
Unfortunately, due to demand for the Summer Olympics, Peacock prices are going up. The ad-supported option will increase in price by $2 to $7.99 per month, and its ad-free offering will increase by the same amount to $13.99 per month.
The annual price of Peacock with ads will also increase from $59.99 to $79.99, while the ad-free version will cost $139.99 a year, up from $119.00.
The updated price will take effect for new subscribers starting July 18, while existing customers will receive a higher rate starting August 17.
