Brazil has endured bitter rivals Argentina chasing trophies of late and hopes to make amends at the 2024 Copa America.

As the next highest-ranked CONMEBOL team after defending champion Argentina, Brazil was seeded for the draw and automatically dropped to Group D.

If Brazil advances as group champions, they will face the runners-up from Group C, of which the winners will be paired with the runners-up from Group B in the quarterfinals. However, if they finish second, they would face the winner of Group C.
He USA is the top seeded team in Group C, framed alongside Uruguay out of Pot 2. Either of those teams could possibly win the group, which would bypass the winner of Group D. Competing against those two favorite teams in Group C is Panama and boliviawho are believed to be unlikely to qualify for the knockout stage.
