The countdown to Euro 2024 has begun.
The 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship is just around the corner, as 24 teams from across the continent prepare to battle for the right to be crowned kings of Europe.
The tournament, organized by Germany, will be held from June 14 to July 14 and will feature 51 matches played in 10 venues.
Established powers such as Spain, defending champions Italy, England and Germany will face some lesser-known faces: Albania will play in its second Euro finals and debutant Georgia hopes to spring a surprise.
But before the action begins, there will be a warm-up period, where teams will test themselves in non-competitive action to prepare for the tournament proper.

When does Euro 2024 start?
The UEFA European Championship takes place this summer and the group stage is about to begin June 14th.
The opening match of the tournament will face the hosts. Germany face Scotland in Munich at the Allianz Arena. The start is scheduled to take place in 9:00 pm local time.
The tournament will continue for the rest of the month and the knockout phase will begin. June 29with the round of 16.
The final will take place in Berlin on July 14 to crown the winner and close the competition.
