Bath and Body Works has launched a new line of candles inspired by the Netflix original series Strange things.
The four candles have scents called Steve’s Scoops, Argyle’s Pineapple Pizza, Hopper’s Coffee, and Eleven’s Waffles.
According to the retailer’s website, Steve’s Scoops features “notes of vanilla ice cream, golden waffle cone and parlor sprinkles” and was inspired by the ice cream shop at the show’s Starcourt Mall called Scoops Ahoy, where Steve (Joe Keery) and Robin (Maya Hawke) first met in Season 3.
Argyle’s Pineapple Pizza features hints of “baked pizza dough, juicy pineapple, and fresh basil” and is inspired by the Surfer Boy Pizza joint from Season 4.
Hopper’s Coffee is inspired by Hawkins Police Chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour) and smells like ground coffee, tonka beans, and a hint of whipped cream.
Eleven’s Waffles is based on the main character’s (played by Millie Bobby Brown) obsession with frozen waffles, maple syrup, and melted butter.
According to Bath & Body Works, the new candles “bring a new dimension of depth and complexity” to the company’s “extensive fragrance portfolio, taking familiar scents from a variety of olfactory spaces to a strange new level with unique ingredients and surprising combinations.”
The candles are priced at $29.95 each, but will be available at the discounted price of $19.95 during the store’s $10 off 3-wick candle promotion.
