The Tennessee Titans set their initial 53-man roster and one of the biggest surprises was the fact that they only had four cornerbacks.
THE team announced Tennessee retained L’Jarius Sneed, Chidobe Awuzie, Roger McCreary and Jarvis Brownlee. We thought Tennessee would keep at least one of the following players: Caleb Farley, Tre Avery, Gabe Jeudy-Lally or Eric Garror, but that didn’t happen.
One way or another, the Titans are going to add to this group before the season starts, and one potential option appears to be veteran cornerback James Bradberry.
According to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia InquirerThe Titans spoke to the Philadelphia Eagles about a trade for Bradberry. It’s unclear what the Eagles are looking for, but he shouldn’t cost much.

Bradberry has a connection to the Titans, having played under defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson when he was the Eagles’ defensive backs coach and passing game coordinator in 2022.
Bradberry was once one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL, but he has seen a decline in recent years. Still, he would be a fantastic addition to the Titans’ depth, assuming the price is right.
The veteran also offers some versatility, as the Eagles moved him to safety this year, though that doesn’t seem to be going well, according to McLane.
Either way, don’t be surprised if Bradberry wears the two-tone blue in due time.
