Thursday Night Football should be fun this week, with Tyreek Hill and the Dolphins hosting AFC East rival Josh Allen and the Bills at Hard Rock Stadium (8:15 p.m. ET, Amazon Prime).

And what a talent smorgasbord you’ll have to choose from tonight. Hill and star teammate Jaylen Waddle combined for 12 receptions and 239 yards last week in Miami’s win over the Jaguars, while Allen had 271 yards and four TDs en route to the win over the Cardinals.

Captain: Jeff Wilson Jr., RB, Dolphins vs. Bills ($3,600)

Wilson Jr. could be our meal ticket this week, with Dolphins teammate Raheem Mostert already waived and De’Von Achane’s status still uncertain. If Wilson sees RB1 volume and returns to the level of per-touch efficiency he set in Week 1 (5 carries for 26 yards), this will be a fun TNF race.

The main reason to make Wilson our captain: It allows us to afford the four biggest stars in this game. If we can line up Hill, Allen, Tua, and Waddle, it seems like a no-brainer to put Wilson in the 1.5x bonus position for just $3,600. A long run and we’re probably in the money. A touchdown or two and we could be flirting with the grand prize.

FLEX: Tyreek Hill, WR, Dolphins vs. Bills ($11,600)

It’s almost inconceivable to build a team that involves a Dolphins game and not use Hill. He’s the most lethal weapon in sports, and even pregame handcuffs can’t contain him.

Hill scored 29 DK points almost effortlessly in Week 1, and now he’ll get to torch a Buffalo secondary that’s pretty young and looks pretty error-prone in the Bills’ shaky 34-28 win over the Cardinals. Fire up the Cheetah!

FLEX 2: Josh Allen, QB, Bills vs. Dolphins ($11,000)

A perennial MVP candidate, Allen will need to be at the top of his game this year if Buffalo is to continue its run of success in the AFC. Life without Stefon Diggs already looked tough last week against Arizona, which is playing PFF secondary ranked 32nd at the beginning of the season.

But don’t worry, Allen broke the Cards in the second half like the Bills mob breaks plastic tables while tailgating. Overall, the burly QB scored 32.2 fantasy points. He’s a must-have addition to the roster Thursday night.

FLEX 3: Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Dolphins vs. Bills ($9,400)

Tua has been a part of some strong fantasy teams this year, but he remains an underrated and underappreciated fantasy and DFS player due to the sheer number of stars playing around him.

Still, there’s no denying the strategy of pairing him with Hill and Waddle: why take advantage of the team’s two most dangerous receivers and not also take advantage of the QB’s points on every completion and touchdown? It’s a no-brainer, especially if you have the means.

FLEX 4: Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins vs. Bills ($8,600)

As you may have guessed, I’m predicting the Dolphins to beat the Bills in our Thursday Night Football betting preview. So, of course, Waddle was selected for our TNF Showdown Team. He caught all five of his targets in Week 1 against the Jags, totaling 109 yards and 19.2 DK points. Hopefully he does something similar this week against Buffalo’s often unstable cornerback corps.

FLEX 5: Keon Coleman, WR, Bills at Dolphins ($5,800)

Coleman led the Bills in targets (5) and receiving yards (51) in his NFL debut, but he failed to find the end zone like veteran teammates Khalil Shakir and Mack Hollins. Still, it’s refreshing to see Allen trust his shiny new toy, and Coleman clearly has the assets to develop into a go-to WR1. At $5,800 with exactly $5,800 left in our war chest, this pick pretty much made itself.

We continue to pair Hill and Tua, but we put TyFreak in place of MVP since it doesn’t cost us anything extra to get the 1.5x multiplier on him.

We also hedge a bit, so we have shares of Achane, just in case he shows up and we can almost guarantee ourselves a near monopoly on the Dolphins’ rushing production between him and JWJ.

Coleman remains Buffalo’s leading wide receiver, as we won’t touch Dalton Kincaid after he caught a pass for 11 yards against Arizona. Miami thwarted Evan Engram last week, so we don’t expect similar heartbreak.

For those who don’t know, SuperDraft The DFS scoring system involves point multipliers, unlike traditional salary cap or tiered contests.
